Honey, you gotta watch what you say, the words you say are very powerful. Know this, the more you speak bad about yourself, the worse your situation gets.
Don't be the creator of your own problems. Start speaking life into your life, start saying things like 'my life is beautiful, I am beautiful, my siblings are wonderful, my spouse is special, my kids are responsible etc.
Don't forget that it has to start from the inside, you gotta believe that all is well and who better to help you, get your mind on track than Christ and the Word of God. So are you born again?if not, then say the simple prayer below.. Lord Jesus, i confess my sins and i ask that you please forgive me , please come into my life and be my Lord and My personal Saviour Amen.
