*lI gave a material to a male tailor to sew pajamas for me, this was a long time ago as pajamas weren't rampant at the time. My dear, what i saw when i went to collect it after he had amended it twice was nothing close to pajamas. Out of anger, i tore the cloth in front of him and he even had to guts to insult me oo. I tire eh!
The worst thing you can do is to give your material to an older family member that's a tailor. I gave my material to my uncle to sew for me, for how many years now, he hasn't even touched the material but the one that is even paining me is that he will be sewing other peoples own in front and i can't do anything because he's my uncle.

My friend sold materials to us sometime in August last year,against a wedding that was in December. So I heard the earlier the cheaper. So in September i took the fabric to the tailor and chose a style and ofcourse told him I'll come for it at the end of October. He charged me 6k and I gave him 3k as part payment to complete his payment as soon as my dress was ready.. My dear I was calling him on phone and he gave me hopes that my dress will be ready as he was already sewing it. I felt so relaxed and didn't call him till the second week of November I called him and said I was in town and was coming for my dress he said okay. And asked me to come the next day.. I kuku went the next day to discover that my fabric hasn't been cut. I scolded and scolded after much plea from him and others there, he asked me to come by the next weekend. I left. I came back the day he asked me to come only to discover Oga had sewn something completely different from what I asked him to sew.. I was highly infuriated.. I just asked him if this was the style I asked for he started blabbing, that the one he did will suite better. My dear I kuku carried my dress with vex and left and didn't even pay him. The remaining 3k.. lol
* Nna eh, i told my tailor to sew off shoulder for me, i don't know if i will call that thing he gave me offshoulder with cape or what.

A friend was about to go for an event, so she gave her material to a tailor and he gave her the day to come and collect it , on that day, he called her to come and collect it but she told him she'd come the next day, do you know that for her to go there, he hadn't even touched the material and she had an event to attend that evening. She now asked him that so what was he calling her to come and collect, he was just there begging. My dear, I was very weak that day, she almost cried.
