University is fun until its time for exams, i wish we didn't have exams as i wasn't really a very serious student, my notes were never complete and my trips to the lecture halls were simply 'cos we either had a test or attendance were being taken. After everything, i regretted not taking my academics more serious because i know that i would have better chances at certain things if i had been more serious. Enough of my regrets, i had a very funny but at that time annoying experience during exams.
May i warn beforehand to never go for an exam on an empty stomach 'cos i did that and zombie walked back to my room. We had 3 papers that day so i was out of my room by 7am with nothing but my exam items and N50, after the 2nd paper by 3pm, i wasn't sure i could make it through the last one without fainting and i couldn't go back to my room 'cos i had to revise and cram, something i should have done since.
During exams, that's when you'll know that some people who were actually ghost students, at least there are people am better than. The 3rd paper came and as embarrassing as it sounds , i dosed off to the amusement of the guy sitting close across me who thought i didn't know what to write and offered to help. Tough luck bro, am good thank you. I didn't reply him as i shut my eyes and drifted back to sleep as i was already done writing. It was an easy course sha but pls nobody should sleep while in an exam hall, its dangerous.
No time for chit chat after the exams as i hurriedly greeted my friends and zoomed off. Oh? Never had garri tasted this good. I made up my mind to always eat or at least go out with reasonable cash if i was going for something as strennus as a whole day filled with exams. By the way, i got a B in that last course, just thought i should add that.
