Real or Fake?

Stop complaining that your friends are fake when you're also fake. If i told you i had a benz and was coming to pick you in it and appeared in a volvo, would you not think twice before you believe me next time? Of course you would. But if i told you that i had a volvo and showed up in that, we'd have no room for distrust.
Problem today is, 95% of people walk around with masks and its sometimes difficult to know who's being real and who isn't but that doesn't have to be your problem if only you would be real, a real person would come around, as the saying goes, like attracts like. A fake person cannot stand one who is real and before you know it, they become uncomfortable and leave.
Let me explain better with this real life illustration. I was sitting with a colleague's friend when all of a sudden, he lit a stick of cigarette and started smoking, i was shocked at first and asked 'do you smoke?' yeah i know, very stupid question lol but i just wanted to be sure and he said yes, that's why i did it in front of you. Now at that point i had the option to either keep talking with him or not. Note: we weren't even friends that's why i made it clear that he was a colleague's friend.
On a separate note, I found out a very close friend was into something shady of which i asked before and received a different answer from the evidence I saw and when i asked why they lied, they said ' i thought you wouldn't want to be friends with me if you knew?. It could have destroyed our friendship
We all have secrets that can only be shared with people we're very intimate with , i know that but how can you tell me your secrets if you can't even be real with me with something as important as a habit. Remember , something you got being fake, you can't keep when you real. If you're scared people would judge you if they got to know the real you , then they aren't the right people to be in your life, 1 real friend is better than a thousand fake ones.
Allow me to introduce my number one best friend to you, Jesus Christ. He's one person that knows me insideout and still loves me all the same and He'd love to be your best friend too if you'd let Him into your life by praying the prayer below.
