Motivational Monday


I would only drink water when am done eating or when am very thirst but apart from that, no way, it made me feel like throwing up. Yeah, i know that its important and healthy to drink at least 1.5litres of water daily but no no no, thank you. But now, i take up to that daily not 'cos i feel like doing it but i know its good for me and surprisingly, it doesn't make me feel like throwing up again.
My point is this, sometimes
in life, its difficult to do what's good especially when its not yielding results as fast we want it to but let's not forget that good things don't come easily.
I know what it feels like 'cos I've been there. I started working out regularly and after a month, i stopped 'cos i felt i wasn't seeing results. Then one day, someone then people complimented the purpose of my workout and i was like yass, it worked. This happened months after i stopped working out. I know that everyone one of you have in some point in your life stopped doing what was good 'cos you weren't seeing results and that's why the Bible tells us in Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. So start working out again (this is for me) , loving , giving, being kind , going to Church, reading, spending time in God's presence etc. Just whatever good thing, start doing them again, it might not look productive to you now but in the long run, you'd be glad you started again.
