Just a little sugar, it won't kill me. Yeah, it won't kill you till you're diagonised with a sugar related disease. Just one stick of cigarette, it won't hurt and that's how he died of heart disease. One bottle of alcohol won't make me sick and today,he's battling with kidney failure. The list goes on.
You might not like what am about to say , but i just have to say it. Most things we crave for can damage us badly. It starts out with let me do it once and later in life, you start to ask why did i do it. Share this true life story with me.. there was this man man that was diagnosed with diabetics, he was strictly warned not to take anything sugary by the doctor, while on the hospital bed, he requested for soft drink and suya, he actually sent a younger person who didn't know what was wrong with him. After he was done, he said he was satisfied as he had been craving for that. Days, later, this health got worse and he died. He was about to be discharged from the hospital oh before he took the soft drink
How stupid right? But that's how most of us are, we keep on doing the same thing that we know can destroy us, you can't say you love yourself when you cant say NO TO A CRAVING THAT IS DESTRUCTIVE. There is something called the grave of craving, that was where the isrealites that craved meat where buried, pls do well to read Numbers chapter 11 to understand better. Don't let that be the grave you get buried in.
